What the Warranty Covers
• Manufacturing defects
• Material defects (steel imperfections, faulty screw system, tension issues caused by production)
• Workmanship issues (improper alignment, poor finishing, or factory assembly errors)
• Scissors that arrive damaged due to shipping
What the Warranty Does NOT Cover
• Damage caused by dropping the scissors
• Chips or broken tips from incorrect use
• Rust caused by improper cleaning or storage
• Damage from using the scissors on anything other than hair
• Damage caused by third-party sharpening
• Normal wear and tear (e.g., dulled blades over time)
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To process a claim, the customer must provide:

3. Short description of the problem and how it occurred

Assessment Process
