X Precision scissors are built with premium materials and strict craftsmanship standards. We proudly offer a Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty that covers any defects in materials or workmanship for the lifetime of the product.


What the Warranty Covers

• Manufacturing defects
• Material defects (steel imperfections, faulty screw system, tension issues caused by production)
• Workmanship issues (improper alignment, poor finishing, or factory assembly errors)
• Scissors that arrive damaged due to shipping

What the Warranty Does NOT Cover

• Damage caused by dropping the scissors
• Chips or broken tips from incorrect use
• Rust caused by improper cleaning or storage
• Damage from using the scissors on anything other than hair
• Damage caused by third-party sharpening
• Normal wear and tear (e.g., dulled blades over time)


How to Make a Warranty Claim

To process a claim, the customer must provide:

1. Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or digital invoice)
2. Clear photos/videos showing the issue
3. Short description of the problem and how it occurred

Assessment Process

Once we receive the scissors, our technicians will inspect them to determine if the issue is a manufacturer defect or caused by outside factors.

“Lifetime” refers to the useful life of the scissors, not the customer’s lifetime. If the model is discontinued, a similar model will be provided.
